Can’t put a price on happiness? Well, now you can put a time limit on a bad mood. Researchers at the University of Florida in Gainesville have reported the average bad mood lasts 12 hours. To get rid of the blues faster, try talking to someone, even the dog, about your day. Research shows this can speed up your recovery time. And you will want to speed it up. Researchers also found anxiety can make you look up to 10 years older. We certainly don't want that!
