One way to drink more water...

Every time I go to the spa, I love the cup of water that they serve me. For some reason, the water always seems to taste better at my spa than the water I have at home, even when it’s bottled water. I should be drinking at least eight glasses of water a day, but at home, soda, tea and coffee often taste better. One day I finally got the courage to ask the spa receptionist: “What’s in your water?” As it turns out, my spa’s water is better. The receptionist told me the spa often slices up cucumbers and leaves them in the pitchers of water. This gives the water a crisp, refreshing taste. So try slicing up a cucumber or putting your favorite fruit in your water pitcher to help you stay hydrated!
