We’re not doctors and we make no claim to be, but here’s a tip if your sinuses are bothering you with all this springtime pollen: To relieve sinus pressure and clear your passages, take your two index fingers and press gently on your sinuses until you find the points that are the most tender. Apply firm pressure to these areas for 30 seconds. After a little bit of pressure, you may find you can breathe again.
